  • How long do I have access to this course?

  • How does The 21 Day Winter Meditation Masterclass Work?

    The 21- day Winter Meditation Masterclass is a 21-day online training made up of daily videos (and fun homework!) to teach you the 3 MC’s of the Winter Meditation Technique: mindfulness/creation, meditation/connection and manifesting/contribution. Each day you will have access to your own online course library where the daily videos are located. Each video builds upon the teachings of the previous day. At the end of 21 days, you’ll have all the tools you need to practice the 3MCs Technique on your own for life.

  • What is the time commitment for the course? Can I skip ahead?

    The Online Masterclass is 21 days. Each day includes a 15-30 minute training video and homework and/or bonus content of varying lengths. The minimum time commitment you can plan for is 20 minutes in the a.m. You’ll have a 10-15 min homework session on most days. The course was designed very specifically to align with what your brain and body will be going through as you learn these new mental skills and experience profound stress release. So, it is NOT advised that you skip ahead. It is entirely possible to go at your own pace — you can always choose to take a day or so off in between. If you ever need help navigating the schedule, you’ll get a ton of support and suggestions inside the Private Community.

  • Do I have to practice at the same time each day?

    We recommend that you do watch your training video first thing in the morning. It’s best to do before coffee, breakfast or computer, but ultimately, no. You can customize this training to fit into your busy schedule. We know that different professions or having young kids may shift your Course schedule and we’ll help you figure out what works best for you.
